This next brownie recipe looks really good. I have to admit I am a terrible cook, I can do a few things and thankfully the few I do are good but that’s just because I’ve had a lot of practice with those few things, lol. I like the idea of our next recipe…fairytale brownies? Yes I’ll have some thank you…

Finally we have a delicious Cranberry Trifle

“….What to do with cranberry sauce? Make this easy and delicious trifle, of course!”

Ths trifle is so special you can make it for company, but I think it’s a great treat for your family over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. You can have it with some tea or cocoa when you come back from Christmas shopping or decorating the house, and it’s even great for breakfast!
Cranberry Trifle

* 2 cups cranberry sauce
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
* 1 cup white chocolate chips
* 2 cups heavy whipping cream
* 1/4 cup powdered sugar
* 1-1/2 cups chopped semisweet chocolate chips
* 1 angel food cake
* 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
* 1/2 cup grated white chocolate

Note: You can use whole berry cranberry sauce, or the gelled kind in this recipe. For the whole berry sauce, just combine it with the sugar. For the gelled kind, break it up with a fork and melt slowly in the saucepan, then add sugar.

In medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, 3/4 cup sugar, and vanilla. Heat slowly, stirring frequently, over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool.

In large microwave safe bowl, combine 1 cup white chocolate chips with 3/4 cup heavy cream. Microwave on low for 1 minute, then remove and stir. Microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Chill in the refrigerator until cold, about 30 minutes. Add remaining whipping cream and powdered sugar to the melted chip mixture; beat until stiff peaks form.

Cut angel food cake into 2″ squares. In a large bowl (preferably glass to see the layers), layer cake, cranberry sauce, whipped cream mixture, chopped chocolate, and pecans. Continue layering until all ingredients are used. Sprinkle grated white chocolate over all; cover and chill for at least 4 hours. Serves 12

How To: Become Untraceable

Today we’re veering off the map, a map where you can’t be found. Where no one will find you to sell you something, you can google your name and nothing will come up, you can search your phone number backwards and it will be unregistered, no matter how many years you’ve had it. So how do you make your personal life invisible?

You’ll have to start thinking like a “deadbeat”, or a witness that doesn’t want to be found. Change information submitted to the Department of Public Safety and use a drop box that won’t trace back to you for your mail. Submit several vehicle address changes on the Department of Motor Vehicles proper form over a 6 - 8 week time period to get your original information washed out of the system so it will be harder to track back to you.

Use initials and feel free to misspell your name and street name. None of these changes will affect your car title, however it will make it much harder to find Jennifer Johnson if you’re registered as J.L. Johnson with the DMV. You may want your family members and even employees (if you have any) to do the same.

Now you wonder, how do I keep my phone number from becoming public information. First, get an unlisted number and block your number from being seen on caller ID. Try to list all phones to an alias and drop box address. Next, call your phone carrier and establish a password that is necessary to obtain any information on your account. Additionally, you can request that your utilities restrict the release of your personal or business information, it would still be wise to use an alias name or company and have all mail sent to your new mail drop box.

Mail drop boxes give you a physical address along with anonymity. There are different companies that provide these along with other services such as mail forwarding. Your information is restricted from release except to the post office.

These are just a few tips to get you started, I’ll have more for you very soon, but that should keep you busy for the next day or two. :D

Be careful everybody and have a great day!

Make Side Money With Your Blog

I’ve been blogging for a little while and on the weekends sometimes I write reviews of other websites, the kind I think you may have a use for. So far I haven’t done a lot, but it’s encouraging to bring in a little bit of side money with them. My niche doesn’t exactly have broad options when it comes to reviews that aren’t totally off the topic of this blog.

And I enjoy the opportunity to learn about other websites and what they have to offer, my favorite review to write by far was about Costume Cauldron.com, they even sell a guillotine!

They had a lot of really great costumes and I’m a big fan of online shopping, no hassle and a much greater selection - you have the world at your finger tips.

I think most of all I like to write reviews for PayPerPost because it expands my knowledge of shopping options. :D
