How to Negotiate with Creditors Revisited

This nation is currently in a financial crisis. While we are crawling out of it slowly, this is the time to jump on the negotiating bandwagon and start calling your credit card companies. Even if you’re current on all of your credit cards and have been for a while, there is still some negotiating you can do. You can call and propose that they lower your rate for being on time for X amount of months. That’s a valued customer in these times.
The worst they can say is no right? It’s definitely worth asking.
