You’ll love this, it’s the most incredible thing I’ve ever seen someone do. And I’m proud to say that this guy, is from the DFW area - Mesquite to be precise….enjoy!

Take a walk down memory lane with this video…. :)

I loved Sesame Street, so I really enjoyed that, did you?

You can’t go wrong with Ray Stevens….they call him the streak!

I don’t care who you are, that’s funny!

Have a great weekend y’all!

Every Friday we have Fart Around Friday here on Sabrina’s Money Matters, if you have any video suggestions, consider the comments the suggestion box and tell me what you’d like to see on the Fart Around Friday videos…I’ll do this every week, so if you have favorite videos you’d like to see featured here, leave a comment, or pop over here and contact me!

No Worries Mon!

My best friend went to Jamaica recently, and I was so ridiculously jealous. Still am. When she came back she said she loved it and didn’t want to come home. “Never had more fun!” and “Oh the people are so cool!” was all I heard for a few days after she returned to hum drum, boring old Texas. LOL.

I’ve dreamed of going to Jamaica since I was old enough to know the beaches call my name. I want so badly to visit…one day when I make a mint with this blog, or something, I’ll be able to go and soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful beaches.

Hey, I just made a new discovery, there are Casinos in Jamaica! Now I have to go, anyone care to donate to the Jamaica fund?

Want to Buy a HUD Home?

I don’t know if any of you have ever been interested in buying a HUD home, but now is the time to move on that if you’re going to. Think about it, all these people are getting their homes foreclosed on and the homes are sitting empty. HUD foreclosures are a great deal when you take the proper steps.

First things first, let’s examine this opportunity for what it is, a chance to own a home at a fraction of the cost. When you buy a HUD home, you’re paying what the previous owner defaulted on, so it’s not the value of the home, it’s just what was left unpaid. In this market, you could really end up with a steal.

Check it out on the HUD.gov site. That link takes you to the part of the site where you select your state.

If you have further questions, please ask, I’ll be writing a subsequent post Monday and maybe a few more throughout the week to talk about the process in more detail and I’d like to have the opportunity to answer your questions specifically.

There’s lots more to know…stay tuned!

I Can’t Help But Point You This Way

There are two websites I read daily, sometimes I’ll miss a day but I don’t leave a post unread. Those two are DailyTelecommuter.com and I’veTriedThat.com.

Daily Telecommuter.com is self explanatory, but I’ll tell you why I like it so much. I’ve been reading since last year, corresponded with Steve, guest posted on the old domain SaveAndMake.com, I was even a moderator. It’s unique and extraordinary. I can’t help but get behind that kind of mission.

Sabrina’s Money Matters has featured articles talking about creating sidelines, multiple streams of income. Whatever you call this extra security, you could not find a more direct link to the opportunities available. A daily dose of legitimate work at home job listings, in many different fields of work. Recently Steve has been posting twice a day, seems taking a vacation directly after moving proves beneficial for the energy of a person. You can’t miss when you spend time at DailyTelecommuter.com, and the site is only expanding, so don’t miss any more and start reading today.

I’veTriedThat.com is one of my favorite sites on the web, Joe is hilarious! For me it’s like watching “Reno 911!” Joe makes all those SCAMMERS trying to sell you fraudulent work at home schemes look positively ridiculous. He uses aliases when he contacts these companies, actually pays for it if it isn’t an outright scam and reports everything that happens. It’s some of the most fun time I have on the internet. Every post has great hidden jokes and silly little comments. My favorite is, “Bunny Socks!”. You’ll see, lol.

I read them daily, and I’ve only ever briefly mentioned my two favorites sites before, but if you read my site, you can’t help but see how the three are related. Our common goal is to save you time, grief and money. What more could you ask for? :D
